Nice location, good staff, big room, balcony, pool

Very friendly staff and very clean. Lovely pool area and close to all that Sukhumvit has to offer.

The lounge area in the Exec suite is poorly designed. The couch is small, hard and uncomfortable and the coffee table was far too small for the room.

Felt like home away from home.

Places closed in the neighborhood before 12am. And didn't have much channels in the TV. That's about it.

Breakfast was ordinary and very limited, not included in price, hotel was a bit further than I wanted from any nightlife and restaurants..

A little expensive

We booked the room for 2 weeks but in fact left for 5 days to fly to Koh Samui and kept the room since it was prepaid. It is a big room (plus bedroom divided by a sliding door) for a hotel and has a little balcony. There was a big fridge, a washing machine and a small cooker. We never cook during holidays, so didn't use it. The wifi was excellent, so was the breakfast buffet. The bed was big, the mattress very comfortable. Free water bottles every day! The shower was very big. The bathroom a good size. As for towel changes see my Koh Samui review, same applies here. All the staff members were very helpful and very friendly and service oriented which I haven't experienced at that level ever in places I've been to before except Koh Samui. It's only a short walk of about 400 m or so to public transport, restaurants and the Pier 21 shopping center. The hotel offers a free ride with a nice tuk tuk to just short of the shopping center which came in handy since Bangkok was in the grip of a heatwave. There's a nice rooftop pool which I didn't use but it looked inviting. The breakfast room is at that level as well as a gym which I didn't use. I know people don't book a room for watching other people at their daily business of life. But I am a person to enjoy seeing locals doing things other than doing them for paying guests. So every early morning I saw a young Thai woman doing the hula hoop ring exercise and a young Thai man doing some walking exercise under the one big tree in front of my balcony (different property and we were on level 5). I saw a woman washing clothes in an assortment of plastic bowls daily (perhaps for a living?) and of course my secret friend the skinny squirrel. I thought it was not only interesting but also a respite from the noise and traffic of a big city.

I only realised the room was quite dark because we stayed longer. Sounds somewhat strange but I think it's because you come out of the glaring sun and heat and are happy to be in a cooler and darker place. The temperature of the shower was difficult to adjust, either too hot or to cold.

no real dining facilities - there is breakfast and lunch but not much choice for room service.

Very good sized one bedroom apartment - the bedroom alone was the size of hotel rooms you'd expect to pay twice the money for. Situated approximately 450 metres from downtown Sukhumvit Road, it's only a few minute walk or alternatively, there's a complimentary tuk tuk service. I visited Thailand for some dental work and there's a number of western style dental surgeries in close proximity.

The apartment was spacious with a balcony. There were three bed rooms and each room was ensuite. There was also an additional bathroom for guests. Staff was very diligent and even set up a baby cot for my friends who were travelling with their baby. The gym was great as well.

The showers were a very unreliable. The water was either super hot or super cold and it was impossible to keep it just warm to shower. There was supposed to be the world cup channel installed on our television but we could not find the channel and the staff were unable to adequately advise on this. Wifi was very poor. We either could not get a connection or it was weak and constantly disconnected.

Comfortable living area, spacious,great pool and sauna/steam rooms. Friendly staff. Good coffee at breakfast. Tuk tuk transport to the main hub near terminal 21 every 30min.

The bed pillows were not comfortable.1 was too little,although 2 was too much.

The hotel is in an excellent location. Walking distance to Asok BTS and Terminal 21. The room is huge. Characterless but huge. Nice that there's a washing machine and a mini-kitchen, especially as there are two good supermarkets nearby.

Check in wasn't smooth. The staff were officious. They were better after.
